2) What is the difference between each model since they all look similar?
Differentiation:
HGB-4 :
It has a single boiler.
Its water tank is not removable.
It makes up to 4 cups of coffee.
HGB-8A :
It has double boilers.
Makes up to 8 cups of coffee.
Removable water tank.
HGB-8B :
Both 8A nad 8B have similar functions but 8B has a programmable clock located at front of the machine which can be used to preset the brewing time
HGB-12A
HGB-12 A can make up to 12 cups coffee. Beside the features HGB-8A has, a warming plate is added at the base of HGB-12A to keep the brewed pot of coffee warm.
HGB-12B: HGB-12B has all the functions as the above coffee machine， such as programmable clock, warming plate Etc.

3) What is the temperature of fresh brewed coffee?
It is 85℃.

4) If there is no water in the water tank, what will be happened?
The coffee maker will automatically stop.

5) What is the warranty?
It is one year warranty from the date which you buy it.

6) What is MOQ?
Minimum order quantity will be 100 pcs.

7) Can I adjust the coffee strength?
Yes, you can. The best feature of our coffee maker is that our coffee maker can adjust the coffee strength depending on your favor.

8) Can I get a sample to test?
Yes. We are happy to provide samples. However, as a company policy, we do charge for the sample fees and the freight costs.
